Stock Will Continue to Trade on The Nasdaq/NMS Pending a Decision From the Hearings Department
LAKE FOREST, Calif., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The L. L. Knickerbocker Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: KNIC - news) announced today it has filed an Appeal with Nasdaq requesting an oral hearing to present arguments as to why the Company's stock should continue to trade on the Nasdaq National Market System and to present a specific plan to result in achieving compliance with the $1.00 per share bid price requirement. The stock will continue to trade on the Nasdaq/NMS pending the oral hearing and a decision from the Hearings Department of Nasdaq. If the decision is made by Nasdaq to delist the stock from its National Market System, the Company's stock would continue to trade on the Nasdaq Over-the- Counter Bulletin Board. The Company has been advised by Nasdaq that the process for a hearing and final decision is expected to take approximately eight weeks. The Company believes it is in compliance with all other requirements necessary to maintain its listing.
