if you recall last earnings quarter/season, the market was falling on the earnings warnings. and the market stabalized and went up during the actual earning release (ie: bad news factored in) We might be in a simliar scenario. Again, all this is just chit-chat which is fun. But as for my trading decisions, it doesn't matter since i will only buy when the technical buy signals are there. But it does help me tell me "roughly" what the future turning points could be
