Stanford is conducting quite a lot of research on the virus. One of the things they have recently claimed is that up to 15% of the world's population may have already been infected but that a very low percentage of that total has shown any symptoms.

Another interesting tidbit is a claim that 20% or more of Covid-19 patients are also infected with other lung viruses.
