Ron, I have heard and read that there was probably plenty wrong with the various pieces of legal advice that GRNO management received. But I was shocked and I am sure that many of the readers of this thread were also shocked when we all read that BC had sold most of his shares unbeknowns to anyone outside the company or his family. And we only learned that was the case after the investigation was under way by the SEC. No matter who advised the manner through which disclosure was to be made or even if it was required, had I known that the management was selling or intended to sell when the stock was above 4 or better yet close to 6.0 I would not feel there was such a breach of faith now. Then again, had they been more open this stock probably wouldn't have been investigated and probably wouldn't have tanked and we would all be kicking ourselves for selling at 4-6.... and the stock would be now at 20+. Who knows, the company under those conditions might have the credibility to attract real contracts and then we would really feel left out.
