As for name change to ZIX,

it was pretty much a given when listening to conference call
from last May. As for June 30 announcement, they will have to or lose all credibility. I don't know if I'll be more dissapointed if they meet schedule or if they don't.

Bought Jul 30/40 puts today, now I just sit back and wait :)
