James - If I may jump in to answer this one.... I was at the meeting.

DCTC is thinking of a private offering AS A LAST RESORT - assuming the IPO doesn't happen as quickly as hoped, assuming bridge financing from one of the many sources doesn't happen and assuming they don't find someone suitable to offer some other kind of financing. This would then be offered to raise approx 5 mill. The minimum POTENTIALLY (none of the info shown at the meeting is anywhere close to final - as this may never be offered) was around $10k.

Hope this is clear - the offering is not currently on the table. Just in the planning stages.
