Tracer Retains Nasdaq Listing

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- On November 30, 1998 the Company
issued a news release indicating that it had received correspondence from Nasdaq outlining
that it failed to meet the minimum listing requirement of US$1.00 for 30 days. The Company
was advised that it had until February 11, 1999 to achieve the minimum bid price for 10
consecutive trading days failing which it would forfeit its listing on the Nasdaq Small Cap
Market.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received notification from Nasdaq confirming
that ''Staff has deemed the Company in compliance with the bid price requirement as of
February 3, 1999.''
