Do we train the military, every one, as if they were to fight the war, but also cross train them on how to maintain the peace, or do we train two or more separate groups? We use different, overlapping command structures, with some interchangable parts. The Sys Admin is more of a Police force in it's military component, but with teeth. We are bigger now than we will ever need to be in the future, IMO.
