Absolutely correct, Jenna. That is in part why I find it so disingenuous and so despicable that these analysts and fund managers can be promoting stocks each and every day while they are selling into their customers foolish buying.

I'm completely for a free market of open trading. I'm completely against fraud and manipulation.

I would like to offer a suggestion. What do you all think of this ?

A new federal law enforced by the SEC prohibiting any investment organization from issuing a 'Buy 'Accumulate' or 'Strong Buy' coverage of a stock while simultaneously liquidating over 10% of it's position in that day or any of the two subsequent days.

I think that would give them adequate time to measure their words.
