GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: November 13, 2007
bentekenergy.com

Shell said production from its Ursa platform is expected to start ramping up starting today. Both Mars and Ursa were shut-in for scheduled work since the beginning of the month. Start ups were slightly delayed due to unrelated repairs required at both locations and weather conditions. Mars should be back to its full 190,000 boe of production today. Mississippi Canyon flows are at 304,000 Dth/d today compared to 215,000 Dth/d last week. Independence Hub production is down about 53,000 Dth/d today to 804,000 Dth/d. Total Gulf production has dropped about 1% to 11.2 Bcf/d. Both Louisiana and Texas volumes are down slightly.
