Harley,

Good question, but I don't think it is a negative
sign for CYJ.

The president of AMS, Steve Doppler, has a good
reputation and my recollection is that he
experienced Board of Directors in-fighting which
delayed and almost destroyed AMS opportunity
for a US property several months ago.

I am told that this happens frequently when the
board is dominated by financial investors as
opposed to mining men. Mike Skopos is a mining
man. Perhaps Doppler is stacking his board to
more effectively move into good, new properties.
Doppler has an excellent reputation in the
industry as does Skopos.

In my opinion, this move strengthens Skopos
within the industry and company (CYJ) as
opposed to hurting.

The above all my own speculation, not based on
any known facts.

Regards,

Howard

HARLEY.
