I agree that they got a good deal buying CORR, but they did not get it at 4 x sales.

CORR's best (and most recent) quarter was $33 million in sales which you could call maybe $140 million in annual sales. There hadn't been much growth at all over 2000 sales.

At $150 in revenue, that puts the PS ratio at 7. I think they actually paid $1.1 billion and CORR's cash to debt was about flat.
