Richard,
While in theory, but not extent, I agree with you, I at the same time fault Intel's Investor Relations Department. I believe this department has operated rudderless, starting about the same time John Hull left the Department. In the last 18 months, I believe, this Department has mis-handled and squandered opportunity, time after time. I intend to write more on this on a later date.
