maybe they had real problems and went to Intel for questioning for some money. Intel then assessed potential risks and benefits. They loose 4M and warrants (for which they did not pay a premium?). On the other side there was the risk that NBase got into real problems and Intel would have lost their partners. Loosing credibility for Intel is far more worth than 4M. Hence, you see you can discuss a 16 to 24 jump in different ways..... Hopefully, I'm wrong! Greetings from Mannheim,Germany Ricardo
