ISSI Announces 2 New JEDEC Standard DRAMS
16Mbit Devices Couple Low Power With 50ns Access Time
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISSI - news) today introduced eight new JEDEC standard 16Mbit EDO/FPM DRAMs. There are four new Extended Data Out (EDO) devices: IS41C44002 (5V power supply, 2k refresh option), IS41C44004 (5V power supply, 4k refresh option), IS41LV4402 (3.3V power supply, 2k refresh option) and IS41LV4404 (3.3V power supply, 4k refresh option), and four new Fast Page Mode (FPM) devices: IS41C44052 (5V power supply, 2k refresh option), IS41C44054 (5V power supply, 4k refresh option), IS41LV44052 (3.3V power supply, 2k refresh option) and IS41LV44054 (3.3V power supply, 4k refresh option). These 4Mx4 devices are widely used in a broad range of telecom, networking and PC peripherals applications.

Price, Packaging and Availability
In quantities of 10,000 the devices are priced at $3.75 and are available in both 24/26-pin SOJ and TSOP-II packages, ideal for applications that require low profile surface mount components. Samples are now available with volume production beginning in March 2000.
