We all knew that a bear market rally like this one was perfectly possible, just as we know that catching the flu is perfectly possible, and we hope to get over it as soon as possible, but that doesn't make it a fun experience for a sick bear. But then maybe I feel that way because I had intestinal flu over the weekend. Easiest diet plan I ever tried. I wonder if maybe the form the bear market is going to take could turn out to be a long series of Enron-like explosions or implosions, more than a general slide. *BLAP!!!* *BLAP!!!* *BLAP!!!* and the ninja turtles detonate and vanish. Be fun to have a video game where you load your weapon with shorts and blast away at the inflated stocks soaring past.
