It is kind of a moot point. If you allow canadians to fund other peoples terrorism, and allow terrorists to make their home in your country sooner or later you are gonna get what you are asking for.... And since our policy has been to deport simple people who work, and to keep people who kill, I think we can say that the Government defined our priorities......
