That's irrelevant. It doesn't matter either way.

You don't have a property rights in the level or nature of compensation you negotiate, or in any negotiated jobs terms or conditions.

If we were both prospective employees of the same company, and I got hired, and negotiated a good deal for myself, and told you the details, and you knowing what the company would offer you went in and got a better deal for yourself then you otherwise would have gotten, you don't owe me money for the information (unless you agreed to pay me for it if you used it). If I didn't tell you the information, but the company used that level as the basis for your pay, you also wouldn't owe me anything unless you had agreed to pay me.

No seizure is involved, the whole idea that something is being seized from the unions by right to work laws is ludicrous.
