Don't see any problem as long as the PR firm discloses.Really Discloses! Might be too much to ask the SEC put a time-certain date for reporting status? They keep mentioning it, but never a actual date. PERIOD. Could stop alot of this stuff, if companies laided the "cards on the table" in the form of public disclosure; shares, etc. Maybe P/R firms,good or bad, wouldn't be needed much then..... Of course, the MONEY men of the world are probably lobbying against this much easier approach, don't ya think?
