I heard this argument from you near every swing low the past year. What you kept seeing was climactic C wave volume followed by a reversal. Happened last August, September, November and may be happening again. There is more support here for an 'IT' top but there are so many issues with charts that look like they're gearing up for another run that I favour new highs coming.
