Finally, a recent photo! Roofers finishing the new metal roof, a week ago. Old roof lasted about 80 yrs. Surprisingly quiet during heavy rain.

Greenhouse, just visible at far right, has proven to be a good infrastructure investment. Its gives early starts to a number of key garden plantings, and has increased our level of food self sufficiency, though it took a couple of years to get the hang of.
