Only 25% Believe There's A Political 'War on Women'
16 Recent News

Many politicians and activists claim there is a political “war on women” in America today, but voters are even more convinced that isn't true.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 25% of Likely U.S. Voters believe there is really a political “war on women.” Sixty-five percent (65%) think instead that it’s primarily a slogan used for political purposes. That's up from 59% when we first asked this question in September 2014. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on May 17-18, 2016 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.
