I don't care what organization a person decides to help.
A disaster like this knows no boundaries imo.

But.......if I were putting together a group, and sending then over to help, I'd make sure each and every one of the them had an American Flag patch attached to their sleeve. I'd also include another distinctive marker to further identify them and the organization they represent. There must be thousands of outsiders that have come into these areas by now. A prominent mark on a sleeve, an armband, a patch, or a colorful hat (yellow or orange) would help in identify the people representing that organization when it came time to direct them in the effort.
