There's a nice premium on the deal now
At 18.25 for HWP, CPQ is worth roughly 11.50. That's why I bot more CPQ to round out my shares of HWP when the deal goes through or CPQ gets the $675 million for the HWP pullout. The CPQ shareholders are certainly not going to nix the deal, so it's a no brainer.
