SER, I have heard that the day can end on the bid or the offer when trading on the BB. In other words, if the bid is 4 3/8 and the offer is at 4 7/8 and the last transaction was a sale at 4 3/8, that can be the closing trade and therefor the closing price. If anyone knows different please feel free to correct this, but this is what I have heard. Tom F.
