Morgan Stanley Dean Witter here... the high commissions keep me from churning my account...(big laugh!!) actually...I get a "preferential rate"...since I do my own picks...etc...and they make enough off me...lol...due to the size of the account and all that... Their "active assets" web site must be the world's worst...but they are working on fixing it... I like their "personal monitor" only because it gives me the real time quotes for all my stocks...(and anything I want to "watch"..all at the same time (in a table)... but everything else is a "day late"...not up to date...etc...which probably does not bother most of their customers.... sure frustrates me...so I use www.clearstation.com and excite...which aggregate everything...(15 min delayed...) but I keep my eye on the RT quotes...(multiple windows) My broker told me...I am one of the very very few who "ever" email him (his personal at home account).....I find that amazing..that they do not have email to clients from the office. smiles....Mary
