But Ned, I personally stood inside one processor in February, 1997. As far as I know, it still exits and is physically capable of operation. The problem isn't physical, it is political. From: NedPenguin It's been 12 months and we don't have processors built or running, yet. Not even the one existing, operational processor. But, under God, all things are possible. DHEC is perfectly capable of even permitting operations that violate their own regulations and yet have a political problem with GRNO's existence. The SEC should have become immediately aware of GRNO's (and BC's) problem and yet chose to not admit they understood it. I don't know what the problems are with these agencies, and I wish I could do something about them. If I could, I would. They know they are wrong and just won't admit it. Charles
