Condi Rice had never even heard of Al Qaida when she was named National SECURITY Advisor, according to Richard Clarke. She has also not cut a single significant deal as Secretary Of State. A total failure. And yes she is a token pure and simple, as well as a loyal yess man who does nop thinking on her own. She is the worst S of State and NSA we have ever had by far.
