Missy: Thank you for raising this issue. It has been mentioned previously on this thread that the AGM might be on April 30 in Vancouver. I wonder if anybody has an idea what is going to be on the agenda. Maybe some of the issues that members of this forum want to address are already part of the agenda. As far as I am concerned, I would like to see a formal vote on the current composition of the board of directors. By proactively addressing this matter, the company would be able to dispel allegations of incompetent management, under-the-table deals, self-serving insider trades, and what not. Whatever the turnout of such a vote, it would strengthen Naxos' credibility with many share holders and a large pool of potential investors. Just my two cents. Kurt
