A.) No one approves of all of the uses to which tax dollars are put;
B.) Even were one to assume that one's tax dollars were evenly distributed among all programs, one's share of a particular program or operation is usually a few cents, perhaps a few dollar, rarely even a few hundred;
C.) It is easiest, therefore, to imagine one's tax dollars spent on programs of which one approves, and the ordinary operations of government. There is nothing mandating conceiving of it in terms of proportional disbursement:-)...
