Charles

Apologies for phrasing my question imprecisely.

Sometimes, but not always, limited partners receive (are entitled to receive if so provided by the partnership agreement) the full financial statements of the partnership (always a good idea in my opinion so one can have some oversight of costs and expenses).

And depending on the terms of the partnership agreement there may not be a restriction on disclosing that information.

I don't know what the terms of the GRNO partnership are, so was asking the question to see what was out there - as a financial statement is necessary to prepare a K-1.
