Mel When I talked to John he said the company had no intention of increasing os shares. And that they would use shares for acquisitions that are already outstanding. And than after their acquisition(s) were complete they would than address the number of shares that were left with a possible buy back. This issue will not be addressed until their business plan is completed. This Business plan was started rolling long before prwt shell was taken over. And there is still more to come. When all this is put into place than the share issue will be addressed.
