I agree, I don't remember the responses to Kap being directed at his speed estimates but rather at his basic assertion that different parts of the Willamette would clock at different speeds regardless of what speeds those were. I remember posts saying things along the lines of clock is clock etc. Kap was right about his major assertion, period. and I am sorry for thinking that he was off the deep end myself.
