If I get your point Canada at 50% financial assets and US 70% ? a consequentially because ZIRP has killed the saving mentality ... ?? Total wealth goes up.. wealth divide increases.. In March 2017 Canadian gov halted a once mainstay of lower and lower middle class hard working folks... Canada Savings Bonds In the meantime a 500g package of bacon becomes a 375g package for the same price :)
