The problem is it is looking more and more than a recommendation for indictment is likely and the potential for big charges is considerable. Obama's intent to endorse Hillary would suggest he will simply ignore the law and insist that his DOJ not prosecute.
Far worse than what Nixon did. Far worse. And while I have no illusion about the media standing up for what is right, Clinton is going to justly bashed daily for month after month (assuming this happens shortly).

You and zax will have no hesitation about supporting a criminal. But some of those Bernie supporters are not going to go along with it. And Warren's career will be over.

Warren will be stupid to take the deal. But I suspect she will before it is over. And it could make a difference.

Or maybe not.
