DPAC - bollinger bands starting to converge. Waiting for the bollinger bands to converge around the EMAs. If they converge by 3:30. it may breakout to the upside for the end of day run its been experiencing for the past 3 days. Looks like the base did form around 3 7/8. bigcharts.com
