We expect the data spike problem to be resolved very soon. The programmers are currently working on this problem alone. We anticipate a fix in the near future. As we have said many times before, if this service is not working for you, we will be glad to refund your money. Perhaps it would be best if you disconnected until the problem has been repaired. We will certainly let everyone on this thread know when the fix is installed. Paul
