KJC, The lands in Texas are materially undervalued on the books. I have seen ten of the eleven properties. Two properties are very close to being sold and will produce EPS for EDII shareholders this quarter. The company will issue another Press Release on Thursday morning and one each week thereafter until the end of September. The share price of EDII is very undervalued and you will find out how much on August 30, if you hang around that long. Lots of good things in the works. Hold long, people or be very, very sorry.
