This 8K is full of intricate loopholes that will benefit the new Preferred Shares investors. It looks like (haven't gone through the whole thing yet) they can convert before 120 days, in contrast to what the 8K suggests on the surface. That is definitely good news IMO, because it tells me that a spectacular fall is not far from now.

Will update with direct-quote goodies I know I'll find in this 8K.
