No problems with the Internet yesterday. May have been something
on your end.
BD stands for Behre-Dolbear, an engineering firm with a lot
of respect in the mining community.
They must sign off on the recovery process before IPM can go
to the bankers.
Without BD's sign-off there is not as much credibility
and the bankers won't lend money.
We thought some sort of sign-off would come last week but the new
recovery process came to them only a couple of weeks ago and pushed
things back a bit.
