My guess is that it is now in Yellen's self-interest to do her best to keep the market up into the election and put up with some inflation.
I personally think it's inherently in her best interest to do that regardless of Trump.

The Fed is highly reluctant to rock the boat in the months before an election. Only afterwards do they have some political leeway to prescribe bitter medicine.
