HI Rob, Sounds like you had a ruff go here. I have found that the only real way to get service from most companies is to "get in their face," when I have problems like your discribing, this hasn't been necessary with QP2. Email is a good tool but lacks the ability to really express myself. Since I have beta tested all of qp's software starting with QP2, I have the newest before any announcements are made. Which I have seen all of them here at SI and also on Onelist. With the "work in progress," evolving QP2 sometimes is weekly, SI and also on the onelist group seems to be the medium that Gary chooses to use for notification of new upgrades. Do you or had you tried QPFS, Quotes Plus Finacial Suite? The next major change to QP. Talk with Gary the owner, He is very service oriented. Arctic Mike
