Way past due. A young man I've taken fishing (still do) since he was 10 is a great doc, only 37 yo now. He gave up a thriving family practice as the insur bill put him out of business. His nurse made more than he at the end of the year. Just think if he ever had a claim. Next Bush can get to work on owcp fraud and jail a bunch of those guys!
