Charming Shoppes (CHRS - news), Integrated Device Technology (IDTI - news), and Glenayre Technologies (GEMS - news), top her list of favorite stocks in the small cap sector, the closely watched ''Inside Wall Street'' section of the magazine said. For one things, these stocks are relatively cheap compared to their peers, she said in the article.
