I'm sure if details of this particular situation were brought directly to Gary's attention that some amicable arrangement could be reached. But its far removed from the conventional vendor gripe. My monthly phone and cable service charges accrue regardless of daily usage. If I alert them of trouble with their service in a punctual manner even a mega utility will bend the rules. Gary's operation is anything but a cold impersonal fat-cat bureaucracy, but a couple months after the fact borders on something outside the bounds of a business's normal goodwill obligation. Ask in a timely fashion and ye shall receive. You snooze, you lose.
