Now see I doubt that is the case. It was purely PPM is all that was on both parties. The republicans merely put 66% into that bill that DEMOcrats wanted and one of theirs. Medicare ... Clinton being dumber than a tree stump fell right into the PPM. After Gore just got favorable elderly votes here comes clinton nailing everyone across the board. Young to elderly. All the Rep did was give him enough rope to hang himself. :-) Gary
