I honestly don't know ICIX too well. But I DO like WCII, and would personally be more inclined to average up there (on pullbacks) than
take the time to "invest" (which requires a LOT of due dilly on my part) in ICIX. My original interest in ICIX was as a trade.

I don't think this really answered you very well. What do the long term ICIX bulls have to say?
