Gimbel Vision International Inc - Gimbel Vision lists on the TSE Gimbel Vision International Inc GBV Shares issued 23,451,105 1999-06-16 close $1.35 Thursday Jun 17 1999 TSE Bulletin 99-0763 An application has been granted for the original listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in the industrial category of 27,319,782 common shares, of which 23,451,105 shares will be issued, and 3,868,677 shares will be reserved for issuance. The shares will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Friday, June 18, 1999. The common shares are currently traded on the Alberta Stock Exchange.
