To expand on the cooking method, which is the key to consistent quality, Mr. Womick has improved on a state of the art cooker which allows minimum wage employees to cook consistently high quality barbqued meats. The cooking process is not only practically fool proof, it saves considerably on the cost of wood and fuel and will pay for itself in a very short time when compared to traditional pit cooking. The combination of consistency and reduced cooking costs is what is going to, in Mr. Womick's opinion, revolutionize the industry.
