Childcare "SCHEME" ? Do you really think that eliminating the IRS marriage penalty, as you call it, would allow a parent to stay home? Well, it wouldn't HURT, would it? Lucky for him [Reagan] he had power and deep pockets on his side and someone who knew how to disappear evidence. Now that is what I call real corruption! Gee... kinda like the Rose Law Firm's billing records, huh? See what will happen to drug profits when they decide not to cover prescription drugs at all! It's called the free market. Supply and demand. Price elasticity. RS
